IMPORTANT STALL RESERVATION INFORMATION

We have a total of 74 stalls - they will be filled on a first pay first reserve process.

Stalls can only be reserved once payment is received, while we are open to receiving checks this will unfortunately NOT hold your stall until the check is received.

Paypal is available for immediate payment processing ofqhashows@gmail.com is our paypal and the cost is $32 per stall. Please include in your payment a note with each individual person name for each stall payment is being sent for.

No refunds on stalls unless the show is canceled.
Yes you can sell your stall to someone else - if you sell your stall please send an email copying the buyer name of stall being sold and new buyer name.

You can add multiple riders for one horse. Just click the add 2nd rider at the bottom of page

Couple things to double check:

If you have a back number you want to use MAKE SURE TO ADD IT

If you had a back number for horse/rider combo MAKE SURE TO USE/ADD IT

If your number is a duplicate we will assign you a new number

If you do not have a number we will assign one to you at the show

PRE REGISTERING is a HUGE help for the Office

AT THE SHOW

CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE PRIOR TO THE SHOW, entries must be paid before your first class (cash or check)

If you don't know which classes simply register for ones you know FOR SURE and adds can be added all day with an Open Check

NO REFUNDS on Scratched Classes - ADD/SCRATCH slips available for open checks at office and can registered up to 2 classes prior to class
